Cat in the Hat-Youth

This stovepipe style top hat is made of red and white felt strips sewn in a striped pattern. The crown is 12" high. Wear these to the new Broadway musical "Seussical the Musical", but not inside the venue, you don't want to block anyone's view of Rosie O'Donnell. Size: Youth (the youth size is quite small. We reccomend the adult hat for anyone older than a toddler).
